Refund policy
Cancellation
You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, at no extra cost. You can cancel your order at info@mydigitalpet.com. If you have already paid for the cancelled order, you will receive a refund. It is also possible that the artist where you have placed your order, unexpectedly your artpiece can not make or complete. You will receive an email of this and you will receive the amount paid back.
Adjustments
You will receive the JPG or PNG file (read the description of the relevant type to see which file you are receiving) via the e-mail address provided. Adjustments can only be requested 48 hours after receiving your order. To get these adjustments, you have to e-mail us between this time. If we do not receive anything within 48 hours, we will assume that you are satisfied with your order.
Right of return
It is not possible for My Digital Pet to refund the amount sent to you if you are not satisfied with your order after it has been received. You can only cancel your order within 24 hours after it has been made, via info@mydigitalpet.com. If you are not satisfied with the result, you can request an adjustment. Read the section Adjustments above.
